46 Pictures is owned by Jay Foster with over 20 years in print production. Jay is heading the new print division at Prettybird Pictures in Santa Monica, Ca., whose goal is to seek out and build a roster of talented photographers to further support and satisfy the advertising and entertainment print media appetite. He brings over 20 years of print production to the table.  Jay is a graduate of Brooks Institute of Photography, Santa Barbara, Ca, and his climbing through the ranks from a photo assistant to studio manager to producer to rep has been an invaluable experience and is an asset to the creative's at ad agencies, clients and magazines.  Jay has traveled the planet extensively for numerous print productions.
